The problem
A boutique coworking space in Antwerp that needed three things online at the same time.
- A site that captures the space, gets found in Google and turns visitors into members.
- A place where members book and pay on their own.
- An environment the team runs everything from.
What we built
The public site explains why Work of co exists before it shows the formats and the rates. It is built to be found: pre-rendered pages, proper headings and descriptions, a sitemap. Upcoming events update themselves, the Journal has categories and a featured article, and a visitor requests a trial day or buys a day pass in two steps.
In the member portal, a member sees their credit balance, books a meeting room by time slot with live availability, signs up for movement sessions and events, and tops up credits. Every grant, every use and every purchase lands in a single history, and every payment is confirmed on the server so a balance can never drift.
The team runs all of it from one admin environment with permissions per section: invite members and grant credits, schedule rooms and sessions, follow up invoices and edit the events and articles on the site. For public events we added ticketing, with a QR code per visitor that is scanned at the door.
