Hello, I'm Alessio.
Atitex is my one-person company. I don't work from a big office with sales teams and meetings about meetings — I build it myself, for you, from start to finish.
My background combines software management with a sharp eye for business processes, shaped by my ongoing studies as an industrial engineer in electromechanics. What sets me apart isn't that I can code — plenty of people can do that today. What counts is understanding where things really get stuck in your business, and building a solution that moves you forward for the long run.

How is a project priced?
Transparently, on an hourly basis. For every project you get an upfront estimate so you have a realistic total before you decide — no surprises afterwards. The exact rate is discussed in our first conversation, depending on scope and approach.
How long until something is ready?
From a few days for a simple automation, to 8–12 weeks for a full application. Every project is split into 1–2 week sprints so you see progress along the way.
Do you also work with existing systems?
Yes. Very often the best solution isn't a new system, but something that smartly integrates with what you already have — Excel, existing software, CRM, accounting, and so on.
What after delivery? Do you disappear?
No. Support, updates and extensions are always possible. You choose whether you want a maintenance contract or want to work hourly whenever something needs doing.
Do you only work in Belgium?
I'm based in Belgium, but I work internationally — as long as communication happens in Dutch, French or English. All work is remote, with regular calls.
Why VAT-exempt?
Atitex operates under the Belgian small-business scheme. That means: no VAT on your invoices, and simpler admin for both sides.
