What we build

  1. A sensor in the right placeTemperature in a cold room, vibration on a motor, consumption of a line, a door that opens. Wherever someone would go and check today, we fit a sensor. It measures every second, without anyone needing to be there.
  2. A controller that decidesThe box in between reads the value and knows the rule: up to here is normal, beyond that is not. If it goes over, it switches by itself. A fan, a valve, a backup, or an alert to the right phone.
  3. Everything on one screenEvery reading lands in a dashboard you open on your phone or in the control room. Via Atitex Flow or Apps, also in your own software, reports and alert emails. One view for the whole floor.
  4. Seeing problems before they arriveA bearing that is wearing out vibrates a little more first. A cold room under strain warms up slowly first. Anyone measuring continuously sees that rise weeks ahead and schedules maintenance before the failure, not after.

Three setups you will recognise.

  1. The cold chain that stays provably closedA sensor in every cell and every truck, a logbook that writes itself. If it gets too warm anywhere, you know at once. For an audit, the whole chain is ready, down to the minute.
  2. Consumption per machineOne meter per line instead of one invoice per month. You see which machine draws the most, when the peaks fall and what downtime really costs.
  3. The wear you can see comingA vibration sensor on the compressor, a trend that climbs slowly. You schedule maintenance for a quiet week rather than during a Monday morning breakdown.

What teams ask us

  • Can we see what each machine consumes?EnergyYes. One meter per line or per machine, live on screen and in the weekly report. You see the peaks, and what downtime really costs.
  • Can we know a bearing is about to fail before it happens?MaintenanceYes. A vibration sensor and a trend we monitor. If it rises, you schedule maintenance for a quiet week instead of during the breakdown.
  • Does our cold chain stay provably closed?QualityYes. Every cell and every truck measures and logs itself. For an audit, the whole chain is ready, down to the minute, without anyone having had to note anything.
  • Do those readings reach our own software?IntegrationYes. Via Atitex Flow or Apps they land in your dashboard, your report or an alert email. One whole with what you already use.

You set the threshold.

A sensor measures, a rule decides, something happens. That is the heart of every setup we build. Drag the threshold and choose what happens when the vibration goes over it.

From idea to setup

  1. ExploringWhat do you want to know, and what should happen once you know it? We look on site at the measurement, the location and the power and network supply.
  2. Prototype on the benchSensor, controller and software on the workbench, with real values. You see it working before anything is ordered or installed.
  3. Trial setup at your siteOne setup in the real location, running for a few weeks. Whatever practice does differently from the bench, we adjust here.
  4. Rolling out and monitoringThen the rest, with monitoring: if a sensor fails, you know. Warranty period included, maintenance if you would like it.
